Beim Kauf enthält die Rechnung noch die Mehrwertsteuer. Bei gewünschter Tax Free-Zahlung stellen wir Ihnen ein spezielles Formular aus, das beim Verlassen des Landes durch einen Zollbeamten validiert werden kann. Nach erfolgter Validierung wird Ihnen die Mehrwertsteuer zurückerstattet.

Be it our multicultural team, which can advise you in different national languages, or the postal supply of customers all over the world in the course of our online mail order business.
With us, international customers can claim back the VAT that they paid when shopping directly in our pharmacy via the Tax Free program.
When purchasing, the invoice still includes VAT. If you wish to pay Tax Free, we will issue you a special form that can be validated by a customs official when you leave the country. Once the validation has been completed, you will then receive a tax refund.
